The redesign really made this place stand out a bit more. Service is solid, food is pretty good too. For a mall kiosk? 5 stars
Young spanish girl ignored my online order, she knew my order was the mobile order, i dont know if it was fueled by prejudice because i did not say much to her other than, "i ordered online" she skipped my order for over 15 minutes and when i went up to ask her, she rolled her eyes and continued getting toys for a kids order that ordered 1 minute ago. she also stared at me blankly and silently, then the manager came up & started preparing it. i confirmed with the manager that my order was sitting aside for 15-20 minutes since 12:32 pm and asked her to remake it, & I'm not sure if they did because the sandwiches are not warm at all. Good food but terrible service. $27 for 2 burgers and chicken tenders and couldn't give me an extra sauce for my burger without charging me . Since when is Wendy's this cheap with sauces ?
The only reason I am rating it three stars is because I went to Wendy’s to get my free chicken sand-which shout out T-Mobile I walked 38 minutes to the mall just to find out Wendy’s is remodeling. On the map the one at Green Acres says it’s open but it’s not , as of 3/10/25 it’s closed for remodeling and they will be back soon. I had to walk to the Wendy’s in LynBrook
Good food but busy today, maybe because they were opened up early
