Horrible experience Either the food was prepared already and placed in a frig, or it was from a previous order, but the burgers were cold, hard, and wet all over, the edge of the buns were wet from soaking up the moisture from the dry old looking vegies… the fries were cold, i ask for fresh fríes and it looked as if they drop old fries back into grease. Its took over 45 mins to get my order just to throw it away.

In previous months, Wendy’s had a few unfavorable posts, but today I can honestly say they’re doing better with customer service. I had an issue with my order, and the crew handled it quickly and professionally with no problem at all. Giving credit where it’s due—great improvement! 👏🏽

I’ve never seen such as this. Stopped for a quick bite and bathroom break. When we walked in this idiot was standing at the register talking smack with the cashier. Went to bathroom and came out he’s still there. He’s ordered but he hasn’t paid. They say there talking crap to each other like old friends for 10 minutes while I stood there. Finally just left. Never did get to order.

2 days ago I Ordered my food, was asked to pull up and wait, I sat there and waited 15 mins and still no food. I went inside to inquire about my order and one of the employees had given my order to someone else. No apology or anything.The employee was rude and the fries were cold after I did get my order . Waste of money and time.

Really fresh burger! The ingredients inside the burger such as lettuce, tomato, etc they are very fresh!(You can actually hear the crunchy sound of lettuce when you bite in the burger) Also, nice lady who took my order was very friendly and kind! I didn’t have any expectations but it was a very good experience!
