Wendy's

Me and my friends visited this Wendy's the other night quite late. It already is deserving of praise for being one of the only places open this late. They gave out high-quality and fresh food despite the late time. Knowing how it is at many fast-food restaurants having worked at a few, this is notable. Staff was friendly and quick.

This is has to be the most disappointing Wendy’s ever. I came here a couple weeks ago to pick up my Wendy’s breakfast order that I had placed online. I did show up almost 10 minutes before breakfast ended. I had pulled up to the drive thru only to wait until breakfast had ended. The employee made me wait while they had switched out the menus. They went back inside and told me breakfast was over and that there was nothing they can do. Fast forward later that day I got my money back, and eventually went back within a few days. I eventually ordered the same order at that store only for my pineapple energy drink to be pure syrup. The cold food was cold and inedible. Absolutely great! Kind service, knowledgeable and full of smiles. Food was hot too! Great place!

Walked into the bathroom to wash my hands, and an employee walked out of the stall back to work. Within 16 seconds he was back in the stall retrieving his cellphone. I thought after the first trip he was back 2 wash his hands, but he went directly back behind the counter preparing for his next customer... Well I suddenly had an issue finding my card inside my wallet, RIIIIIITE. As I was leaving, I seen another employee on break & told him to check his cashier's Doo Doo fingers...🤢🤮

This was by far the friendliest wait staff I've had the pleasure of ordering from in several years! They were all pleasant, professional and helpful. Especially since the pandemic, most employees really don't seem to care and this crew really works well as a team and makes their customers feel cared for. I was there Saturday night around 7pm on 1/28/23.
