Friendly staff. Very quick service. Most picture perfect burger I ever got from Wendy's. Nice and fresh

Isaiah took my order and everything was just perfect. Sweet lady that made my burger made it just right. Loved the extra pickles and extra onions. The chili is the beefiest I've ever had. And the sweet lady that made my salad was kind and I was impressed at everyone's industriousness, yet very engaging.

We eat at this Wendy’s often—food is good, clean restaurant, usually friendly staff. But today, the manager’s attitude made it clear customer service wasn’t a priority. We had a coupon for 2 chicken combos for $12. After she “helped” process it, the total was $12.60. I asked why—because on a tight budget, 60¢ matters. She shrugged, walked away, and didn’t fix it. No explanation. No apology. If you send coupons to every household in three surrounding towns, your staff should know how to process them correctly. And your manager should care enough to treat every customer like they matter, regardless of how small the issue seems. For families like mine, eating out is rare and special. Today, instead of feeling valued, we left feeling dismissed. That’s not just bad service—it’s bad business

I picked up an order for 5 people and nothing was missing, with my luck sometimes, that was a win for me. Everything was well packaged and so good! I have only gotten the crispy chicken sandwich, but I decided on one of their value burgers this time (believe it was the double stack) and WOW, I was thoroughly impressed and happy. Easily my new favorite value menu burger. 10/10 Service was also very quick and thorough (I saw the drive through employee pulling everything from the bag and verifying the accuracy before handing it to me, which I appreciated so much since it was a large order). I am so glad this location exists and has such caring employees.

Walked into place it was 10:58 she just took the order of a gentleman who was waiting at the counter and was waiting on one person in the Drive-Thru window. What makes matters worse she waited till the clock turned 11:00 then tells me that they're closed. In the meantime they're still cooking the guy who was directly in front of me at the counter. You're going to deal with truck drivers at a fuel stop you better keep this place open longer or to tell them when somebody comes in right at the wire to wait on them. Because look forward to having warm food. I went back in there next morning and talk to the store manager.about the problem and apologize as well as the assistant store manager Vickie apologize well
