I order two of the chicken ranch wraps bad by the description of says they will have ranch on them. I open them up in the drive through there is no ranch so I did not want to wait to get more I just simply asked can I have some ranch. She immediately charges me for the ranch that should have already been on my wraps but I was in a rush and was not going to deal with it but I definitely took the time to make this review

The tomatoes in my cobb salad were only the butt ends of the tomato. They were soggy & ruined the whole salad. I couldn't eat at work the next day. The workers are kind but giving me this as a food I paid for is unacceptable.

I’d leave no stars if I could the first bacon double stack I received was smashed all up when I asked for a new sandwich I got a junior bacon sandwich all wrong so my husband took it back and this is what I got in return both slices of cheese together a junior sandwich again made very sloppy and still not what I asked for I work close but get a limited amount of time for lunch and to have half of my lunch time wasted to still not get what I ordered but dealt with anyway is so unacceptable! This place has only been open a few months but the staff always seem like they don’t know what they are doing and are always super slow even though they act super busy and stressed out they need help or better training or both !

I love Wendy's restaurants in general, BUT I WILL NOT BE BACK to the Wendy's here in Sweetwater.. not only did they totally mess my order up but also 2 others before me and 1 I noticed in the drive thru while I was waiting on my food.. then when I asked for a ranch that was supposed to be included in the kids meal they tried to make me pay for it.. we ordered 2 #1 doubles and they gave us 2 regular kids size cheeseburgers.... and if you will check my reviews I normally give very good reviews.. so im not just being a Karen

11-26-25 another great visit. Lobby was clean. Interacted with the manager, Crissy again. She was again very nice. Food was hot and fresh. I enjoy this location. 10-20-25 Very busy location. Seemed short of staff, but the manager, Crissy was handling things well. Food was made correctly. Lobby was clean. Gwen who took our order seemed inattentive and somewhat unfriendly. All the other staff seemed focused and content. Drive thru very busy.
