Wendy's

We stopped here heading back home to NC from friends out of state. I wasn't expecting much as it's connected to a gas station. We mostly stopped because my child with autism was willing to try their fries for the first time. The manager here went above and beyond for us. I did not even realize he was the manager at first because he was out sweeping the floor and cleaning the eating area when we came in. I'm positive he was the manager as his outfit was different from all the other workers. He was very patient and considerate. He was this way before I even mentioned my child having autism. The only reason it was mentioned was because they were out of the one thing I knew said child would eat outside of possibly the fries. We didn't go to the Wendy's there we went to the gas station attached with the Little Caesars in it. I think we would love going here more if the people where more friendly and helpful. Some of the employees that work here in that area are nice wish they all were and smiled. Make the place more inviting to travelers and people who do live in the area or just driving from Doctor appointment's who need a smiling face sometimes.

Few people working. The people who were working, were not the most respectful. Its Wendys fried food and you cant go wrong there, but there were no napkins or condiments out which hindered everyone in line and took more time for us to leave. We were traveling and tired and it was frustrating.

The customer service from Nicole, Houston and Shaniya was excellent! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you want when stopping at Wendy’s at 8:30pm. Everything came out quickly and was made just right. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!
