Wendy's

Ralph and his crew do a great job at the St. Clairsville Wendy's, and this is a very busy Wendy's on a daily basis that handles lots of volume through the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. The staff is always courteous, hard working, and very cool about correcting any mistakes (if any). Food is always fresh and delicious, often my go-to for a quick lunch in a pinch. While the drive-thru is always very busy, the St. C Wendy's team keeps it moving and I appreciate that. Thank you!

Worst service ever at any Wendy's. Staff was all outside on smoke break, had to wait for them to come back in to take our drive through order. No greeting when they finally spoke. Cashier was rude. Had to repeat several items. Out of chili for the day(3 hours before closing) Pulled up to window and again, no greeting. Another worker came with our food,of course, no greeting or thank you. Got back to our hotel and my wife's chicken sandwich was obviously old and inedible. My burger was also old, but palatable. Definitely indeed of some retraining at this location!!

The Wendy’s in martins ferry is 10x better. The english muffins here at this one are ALWAYS stale it’s crazy. How do they just never have fresh EM’s? They break right in half and feel like yoga mat, but harder. Gross. Anyway, seal your containers better or something - John

Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it feels like it's been sitting out for hours. Employees are usually nice.

Fast service but come on the spine of the lettuce head. I know y'all cut this fresh every day so whoever left it in made a mistake and whoever put it on the sandwich should've just thrown it away. My wife's sandwich had a slightly better piece but still mostly the spine of the lettuce.
