I literally asked for VERY lite mayo and they gave me HEAVY mayo so their listening skills aren’t to good and also the bacon looked like it came from packet to my sandwhich dosent even look like it touched any heat!!! Im very disgusted
This is by far one of the worst!!! My sports teams eat Wendy's offen after games and this location is just nasty all around! Restrooms nasty, staff attitudes straight trash! Lady comes from the back to yell at the kids and calls them dumb?!!! Tell us we have to order two at a time, since when??? We're trying to order and get back on the road. We've been in here over 45 mins for 8 Biggie Bags. The lady in the drive thru window just playing with her fingers instead of trying to help. Terrible experience!!! We definitely will NOT be back to this location, EVER!
I waited 15 minutes to get my food. When I got it, the chicken nuggets were cold, and the grilled chicken wrap was poorly wrapped. The ends were open and probably about half the food inside fell out. Oh, and the wrap was STALE! Definitely not ordering from here again and not worth the 11:41 I paid.
Just came through the drive through here. I don't know who was working the window. But he was such a nice gentleman. You could tell he was stressed, but still doing his absolute best to be nice to everyone. The food was hot and fresh.
I ordered my food via mobile app at 1120 am. I scheduled for pickup at 1150 am. When I arrived at 1155 am, my food wasn’t even started. I waited a full 25 minutes at the restaurant until my order was finally finished. The entire time I sat there and waited not one person approached me and said sorry or apologized for any mixup at all. At least a hint of good customer service would have been appreciated but that was out of the question it seems. I would avoid going to this location in the future
