Burger was somewhat warm and the fries were colder than they were warm. I'm not a complainer but you can't send food out like that and it start hurting the business.
this Wendy's still remains my in my top five of all time. service is quick and food is always on par. I never go in, but there is plenty of parking. if you enjoy a eating in your car.
Went through at 12:30 for lunch, they got me and my boys orders right and were super fast. Food service employees don’t get enough respect, so thank you lunch crew working on 11/2/2025 your killing it keep up the good work!
Ridiculous place to call fast food over 45 minutes just to get an order place inside and another 15 to even get your food. If my son wasn't wanting Wendy's so bad would have left.
I don't review often, but when I do, it's either because the service is the best, or the worst I have experienced. The Spencer Wendy's location, specifically, is the best Wendy's location within a 50 mile radius. They gladly accept all the app deals, promotions, and franchise gimmicks currently happening so my family saves the most money possible. Recently, heaven forbid, I had to pull over and wait for 90 seconds extra for my drive through order so they could make fresh eggs for the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches (of which I ordered 5). My family ate breakfast for under $10, all the food was awesome, and surprise, they added a breakfast fries to the order gratis! So again, I drive out of my way to frequent this specific Wendy's.
