Wendy's

Terrible experience at the Wendy’s on Washington Street East in Charleston, WV. I was the only person in the lobby and still waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and have my order taken. I was there with my hungry 2-year-old and 6-year-old, yet staff showed zero urgency. The excuse was that the drive-thru was busy. It was not that busy. They also couldn’t make change for cash, and when I asked where the manager was he replied "back there". To make things worse, I watched the employee working fries stick his finger in a cup of whipped cream and lick it, which was completely unsanitary. After ordering, it took another 10 minutes for nuggets and fries, 5 more minutes for a junior Frosty, and one Frosty was forgotten until I reminded them. After the crew member poured my moms cof

Was in line in the drive through for over 40 minutes. They are helping onr customer at a time. Do not spend money here. Spend extra on bacon. This is all I recieved.

So normally I’m a huge Wendy’s fan but I’m very disappointed with my order tonight I got two things of cheese fries both look like the picture. Normally would be fine but I paid extra to get extra shredded cheese and extra to get extra of the liquid cheese on both order of fries. There was no extra on either and no cheese sauce it looks like a slice of cheese was slapped on and melted. Mind you I’m pregnant and pissed now and will be taking me business to a farther distance Wendy’s so when I pay for extra I may actually get it $12 for cheese fries with no extra cheese is ridiculous.

5th time attempting to eat here. Cold and not even edible. I would chose somewhere else to eat

The new English muffins were a good choice. We wished the part were a bit bigger. They were still tasty. The Service was outstanding. The little nook eating area is a good place to see the shops and traffic.
