Wendy's

I like Wendy's. Crunchy nuggets, delicious burgers, etcetera. Its always at night where things get sketchy. Came here at 7:00 PM. Took our order instantaneously, "acting" like they want to serve hungry customers. The wait time was INSANE. I had to wait at least 15 minutes just for a 5$ meal. To make things even worse, the fries were as cold as ICE. Plus, they were barely even seasoned. What do these workers expect from us?? Don't even get me started about straws and sauces. If you thought McDonald's was a bad place to eat, think again, Tex.

I went in at 9:37 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. DoorDash, their app and a sign on the window says that they close at 10 PM. I placed it to go order and told me to come on my way when I get there all the lights are off and the people are checking out. I honk when I’m at the front drive-through window to get their attention to let them know I’ve placed an order and immediately the girl says we are closed. I pointed out that I placed an order and the sign on the window says 10pm. She pointed to a paper sign taped up that said 9. So even though it’s 10pm on DoorDash, Uber Eats, AND THEIR APP. And THE PERMANENT SIGN on the window says 10- because they want to go home it’s 9. No sorry, no accountability AND TO ADD on NYE there were other places open until 10 but because Wendy’s said they were and I pl

If I requested some sauces with my order. Please put them in the bag. I worked a fast food job in my life. It's simple. People will be happier and not complain if you expedite an order properly. This review goes for every shift at this. location. Would've been 5 stars across the board if not for these inconsistencies with my orders

Very slow taking orders making for longer line. I have left many times because of this. French fries were ok but burger was extremely small and not much taste. Easier to go to McDonald's right down the road. Agree with many reviews on staff not very nice.

Sandra is a wonderful manager - went out of her way to make my child with special needs have the best experience EVER!! I can’t thank this store enough. All the staff is kind and patient. It’s our new HOME location !
