Wendy's

Horrible service, wait time was very long, the woman at the drive thru window had on a fur coat, she was not pleasant at all, the looked like they were focused on closing up and not servicing the customer's and the food wasn't fresh. Oh and another worker was sleep at the 1st window. Do better Wendy's

There was no heat. They didn't have a sign up & they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked the cashier (I had to stand at the front & wait for about 5 minutes for anyone to even come take my order), "do you not have any heat in here?" She responded with no, it's broken, but never even apologized for it being so cold inside the restaurant.

My husband ordered 1 single and 1 triple with cheese Mustard only - No Mayo No Ketchup. Our burgers were COVERED in Mayo. This is not the first time they failed to pay attention to the order either. Customer service is awful. No one greets you or thanks you for ordering. They just shove the food out the window like doing their job is a tremendous inconvenience. When we called the store no one picked up the phone. The lack of customer care or attention to detail is ridiculous.

The manager Dominique has poor customer service Cooks do not wash their hands while handling your food. They are on their cell phones playing in their hair, digging in their pockets, including the Manager and give you a hard time when trying to refill your drink.

Not a customer in site, plenty of workers though. Place was clean and I arrived at 10:25 and tried to order breakfast and was told there were t any more eggs. So I ordered a 5$ biggie bag. The time on my receipt said 10:30 which means I must have been there before the breakfast cutoff, but I adapted right? Almost 20 minutes later I still didn't have my order. At least the women who took my order was nice. I didn't actually have 20 minutes to spare. Must pass on this Wendy's next time
