The person on the drive thru speaker could barely speak or understand English. After repeating my order 3 times she still got it wrong. I'm all for giving people off diverse backgrounds a job and an opportunity, but don't put them in jobs they don't have the skills for. Hey spoken English want any better. She mumbled and mispronounced words. What should have been a15 second interaction felt like it took two minutes. Drive thru is about speed and efficiency. Command of the English language is a mandatory requirement for this role. There's plenty of jobs in the restaurant that would have been more suitable for this person. Ordered chili cheese fries light on the liquid cheese, so they proceeded to flood my fries with liquid cheese sauce and little to no chili. Happens almost every single time I get the fries, if you don’t have enough chili to do a proper portion don’t flood with cheese notify the customer.
