I eat here regularly, I can say the nuggets looked and smelt nasty me and my wife didn't eat them. Maybe old grease. I do love this Wendy's professional staff.
What do we got going on here man i wont even talk about having to trade bags with someone in the parking lot cuz they got orders mixed up. Tell my why this is how they added mustard to my sandwich. If it wasnt so comically stupid I'd feel disrespected.
The drive through has improved ten fold. Its fast and accurate, the food is hot, the employees are always very kind and accommodating.
It was a cold, rainy day as we continued our journey from New York back home to Pittsburgh. Needing a little pick me up we spotted this Wendy’s. Upon entrance we were greeted by the beaming smiles of the staff. Our orders were taken quickly and efficiently by Kristen whose joy and smile was contagious! Both the back and front of house were excellent!
Just went to get dinner since I had a late night. Go order 2 bacon double stacks. Get home (I know, my mistake for not immediately checking) and find the buns are soaking wet with grease on both burgers, bad enough to where it was leaking thru the paper. And no bacon on the gross, wet burgers. I threw them away and made a freezer pizza. Thank you Wendy’s night staff for taking $10 out of my pocket and time out of my life. To management- Do better
