***SAVE YOUR MONEY*** I went to THIS Wendy's because my friend told me they had a deal for the breakfast deal 2 for $3 and only for me to get there and they tell me the price for the "Promo is 2 for $4"...I didnt know what to say because I was confused. It was on the menu "2 for $3" I don't like to argue but I thought Wendy's big corporation. I called customer service for them to tell me the person in charge of that franchise is in charge of the prices. Isn't that false advertising?? I have real time pictures. Will never come here here again. And I said NO CHEESE like 5 times to this worker only to get cheese on my sandwich.
While the food is what you’d expect from a fast-food spot, the service is what earned the extra star in this review. Natalie assisted me in the drive-thru and was exceptionally patient, kind, and helpful. Small interactions like that really matter, and she truly made my day better.
This place is beyond embarrassing. It would be faster to order via messenger pigeon than trying to order food from the lady who doesn't speak English and doesn't know the basic items on their menu. Even after repeating back to me what I ordered before paying (incorrectly the first try) they messed up my order.
Bald managers took my order and had trouble with putting down deal offered. Left without giving me my receipt. Waited 15 minutes and didn't receive my ordered while other guests had gotten theirs. Went up and the bald manager didn't even relay my order. He shouldn't be allowed to be a manager. The other workers were nice and accommodating.
Dave's single only $3.99. Delicious. We used carry-out.
