It's been a while since I've ate here. So I thought I'd give them a chance to get my order right. And they knocked it out of the park. I asked them kindly to make me a freshly fried dbl ch burger w/extra, extra, extra mustard only. And what do you know, they got it right. My burger was banging!!! And I thought it'd be nice to let them know that my burger was bomb diggity good. Thanks to the folks at Wendy's. Well, I have been hesitant in answering. I'm sure their ice cream was on the blitz. I ordered vanilla with carmel,ice cream. It was a hot mess. It was already melting. No pretty peak of ice cream. The taste was awful. They didn't blend well. It was like a sugary consistency will no flavor. Took about four bites.. the taste was getting worse. Out it went. Hope your experience is bette.
The new GM is absolutely phenomenal! He handled our large group beautifully and with such kindness! We will definitely be back!
Went through the drive-thru and there's always a very long line because the food is always hot and the workers are polite.
Stopped in on my break for breakfast, went through the drive thru. Guy taking my order seemed to really hate his job. I couldn’t understand what he said, he mumbled, told him thank you and I got a mumbled “Yeah yeah” May as well of thrown my debit card back to me and slammed the window shut. The other window getting my food wasn’t much better
