Maybe the worst order of fries I’ve ever received from an establishment. Completely unacceptable, I wouldn’t even give these to my dogs. I’ve lived down the street from this restaurant for years and it’s sad to see the quality decline over time. The A.I. menu is also unnecessary. Please do better.

The new automated menu board ordering feature is a very poor choice for this or any restaurant. The order wasn't right, got the wrong drink after waiting at the window and having them realize that I was still waiting and have me a root beer after asking for a Dr.P. The AI board takes away from the service and makes it difficult to order!! Please get rid of it and pay your employees for the job they were hired to do. The food was good, but not worth the hassle.

Automated drive through needs to go. Give me a real person I can ask questions too. It couldn't understand my order or answer my questions. Was hoping for a person to answer but nothing. Ended up leaving. I'll be back when we got someone on the drive through.

This is the third time i have had hair in my food from here and whenever i call to make them aware they do nothing, the interior is very dirty. do not recommend

I went to Wendy’s drive thru around 10 pm and got 2 chicken sandwiches I heard the people in the back goofing around and laughing when I picked up my order after we went home me and my wife were eating I ate the whole sandwich and my wife took two bites when she realized the sandwhich was uncooked! Went back to get a refund and told the guy about the sandwiches because he said we could not get the whole order remade only the 2 sandwiches not even the fries or nuggets we also brought back. He said “I can’t give you a refund for the whole order it’s above my position”
