I haven't had a bad experience here in the past, but tonight was not great. The workers were standing around, talking with each other while there was a line of people in the drive thru. The cashier who took our order sounded irritated that we were in there. When we got our food, there was so much bun and almost no patty.

I have gone here a few times to continue giving it a try before I actually said what I wanted to say. But the food is never fresh, the fries are always hard and like they have been sitting there for some time before you order it’s so annoying even when I ask for fresh fries they still give me lukewarm fries. Which is annoying because sometimes that’s all I order is a large fry. Very annoying won’t be going back here.

The manager of this place is rude and not open to communication. He acts like he owns the place, and now I understand why it’s empty. The employees working with him seemed to be afraid of him. It would be very helpful if someone properly explained your policies to him before putting him in charge of a business. Terrible experience at this establishment.

Even during the lunch hour the food did not seem fresh. Nuggets were soft, not firm or crispy. Burgers were meh. Fries were not as good as I have had in the past.

This is me and my mom's childhood place Our food got delivered in less than 3 minutes since we ordered , the vibes are impeccable, and I love the staff all kind and succeed my expectations .
