Came last night and received the worst service. the irritated nonchalant order taker was the least of my concerns. The men who prepared my food need a lesson on quality. fries half full & been sitting for hours. Truthfully tho this is why people don't mind paying a little more for culver's because it will always be quality food. I'm not sure who goes to work & says i want to spend my hard earned money on food that lacks quality. I shouldn't have to say fresh for you to know i want my food to be hot. The guy was waiting to give me a bag of crap & happy a bout it. This is truly something that needs to be looked into because they didn't even care if we enjoyed our food. they just wanted us out their face so they could go back to doing nothing
Trent at the Wendy’s drive-thru was friendly, fast, and professional. He made sure my order was correct and had a great attitude. Excellent customer service!
Idk what is up with this locations work crew but it seems like everyone hates their job and doesn't want to be there. The guy taking the order seemed annoyed and just wanted to not be there, they didn't include the sauce for my nuggets, I had to ask for the proper drink because the guy taking the order didn't bother to put it in right, and the baconator fries had almost no bacon on it so it was a complete joke. The only good thing about this is the gentleman at the pickup window was very kind so good on him. The rest of the crew however, completely a waste. Its crazy how much we spend on food in general already. I would expect my simplest of orders to be correct but they can't even do that. Wont be coming back here and I would recommend people dont waste their money here either.
One of the worst for Dashing, again us drivers can't stand around for a million years because of lazy workers who don't care at all... They ALL need to be fired and be replaced with better workers who care!
I've been to this location four times all four times. I've been between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. at night and there was no credit card service cash only. Is this real in 2026? Maybe they are deterring people because not everyone carries cash Thumbs up if this has happened to you
