Wendy's

I used to drive far to come to this Wendy's location because the food was always good & fresh. The service used to be top tier. The last couple times that I have visited this location.I have been disappointed. I thought it was just one time they didn't get it right. But I went tonight, and I simply asked for a junior bacon cheeseburger with mayo only. The sandwich did not have any mayo on it and it looks like they took one piece of bacon and broke it in half. When you see these sandwiches on TV, they look delicious with the bacon sticking out of the bread. This sandwich was far from that. I advise anybody who goes to the Reynoldsburg location on east main street to check your food before pulling off. They have permanently lost my business. Every Evening between 7pm and 9pm constantly out of Bake Potatoes, and tonight went thru an the Wana be Mgr spoke to me like a dog, when I asked why have they been out every night, said this is the first time, I said no i have been thru every night this week and they have been out, this kid refused to give me General Mgr. Number, said he ran everything, this location is Franchised, and the whole time the young girls standing at the window were all laughing, he was trying to play the big man. Have never in all my life been so discusseded at how there customer service is. I am definitely reporting this to Corporate as they still have to follow franchise guidelines.

Girl bagging my orders had an attitude because I asked to her to bag each meal separately? Which created me having attitude. Food was ok at best and how you gonna forget to put kids meal toy in the bag for the kid? Just NOT good customer service PERIOD oh and I was only there because my order from previous day on my way to work was messed up so dumb me gave them another chance and ordered again trust me won't be a 3rd trip to this location

Wendy’s now shreds their lettuce It totally changes the taste of the sandwich. I don’t like how they make you pull off to the side while they get your food together to make their window times look faster. The chili needs more substance it’s too watery. I also don’t like that they make your food as soon as they get your mobile order. It’s fast food just make it when I get to the establishment like McDonalds.

Stopped in for breakfast today. Asked if we could have coffee refills when placing our order. Answer was yes. Got our order and asked for mayonnaise, but we were told mayo was not available till lunch. Really! Went back for our coffee refills, but they just dumped the coffee out and would not have coffee available all day. Coffee is only available at breakfast. This was at 10:30am and lunch begins at 11am. So, no coffee for lunch and no mayonnaise for breakfast. It gets better, called corporate and they didn't seem to really care. They asked for my wife's email and that was the end of the conversation. Found the GMs name, but no way to contact him. I have dined at this Wendy's for years. What happened?
