Wendy's

The turnover rate here is high. You go in and everything is clean and the food is great and everyone is wonderful. Then you go in a month later and the food tastes like it has been sitting in the warmer all day, the fries are cold. The staff could care less if you have been standing at the register for 5 minutes and the Frosty machine is out of order. I am a Truck driver, I like the atmosphere of a truck stop and cold fries seems to be the norm, but to be ignored while the staff just sits behind the counter laughing and playing is a bit much for me.

I stopped at the drive thru at Wendy’s at the pilot truck stop in Rayville this morning about 6AM. I sat at the speaker a long time and no one answered. I know they saw me out there. Several of the employees looked straight at me several times. I finally drove up to the window to see if I could get service. No luck there either. They walked by the window several times. They looked at me and kept walking. I finally just drove off. This place will never get any business of mine again.

Bread is rock hard in places. Food not lined up reasonably or cheese able to melt because sausage wasn’t very warm. When we asked if we could add a tea we were told no, that we’d have to get back in line at the drive through, then she slammed the window shut.

Ordered 10 nuggets got 8 they were disgusting and cold. The frosty were not available machine is broken. Shameful.

The food is always hot and fresh tasting. I've never had an issue with an order, even though I know some have. I guess that just happens in the industry and it's a very busy location.
