Wendy's

My wife and I saw something cool on their soda machine in the lobby that we never saw before ( we come here frequently).. they have buttons for children and the disabled near the bottom right side of the machine. I use a wheelchair frequently and can't safely reach the soda buttons on the touch screen, so to see these buttons low enough for me to stay seated in my chair safely made me cry. U can toggle the buttons and it will move on the touch screen to pick and choose drink/ flavored syrup u want. This is a cool feature that more people should know about. Nice buy Wendy's!! I know it is silly to cry about that, but being able to get my own refill without my wife having to always do it is heart warming.

I always have the best experience here! Recently I ordered an Uber eats delivery from here and I had 3 different delivery people cancel on me! The 1st one took my order and canceled on me. 2nd one got there and just canceled and same with the 3rd one. So I went there and just picked it up. Nigel was a big help! He apologized (even tho it wasn’t his fault) and gave me a fresh order and gave me a free item for the trouble! Kindness goes a long way! Thank you Wendy’s and thank you Nigel!!

What a difference in management. Maria was impeccable. She greeted us as we walked in from her spot near the door. She snapped to, and provided great customer service and listened to our requirements. We were quickly able to fill our own drink orders at the Coke Freestyle - the only functional one we've seen since COVID. It was fully stocked and outside of dispensing a ton of ice with a small push worked exactly as expected. The new breakfast potatoes were amazing. (See photo) And my breakfast sandwich made me regret all of the times I had gone to Micky Dees for breakfast. So wonderful. So delicious. I'd go back every time I got the chance. Thank you Maria for making everything so pleasurable.

It was around 9 pm on Sunday night and we were tired and hungry after soccer, so we decided we wanted Wendy's, I ordered 3 combo meals, after I received my order on the drive-thru, I asked for ONLY 2 sides of ranch sauce for my fries, and the lady manager/supervisor said with an ugly attitude "ranch sauces are 50 cents each" I was shocked! After I spent more than $30, I couldn't get 2 sides of ranch sauce? I guess not!

Bought the new X WEDNESDAY meal ! Such fun and the dips are incredible the presentation of the chicken nuggets and fries were outstanding in the fun purple and black containers. The spoon for the milkshake is purple ! The bag it all comes in is a collectors piece . Its NOT A HAPPY MEAL 🤣 Advertising is a fantastic idea with the new season of " WEDNESDAY " on Netflix.
