Wendy's

Did a mobile order. Waited 17 mins after pick up time. Food was cold, nuggets not even cooked. Had to check the food and they missed a 6 piece nugget. With watching them try and do their job I missed that they missed my daughters fry. We have not been to this Wendy's in a long time because it ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. Well we decided to try it again after a 5 month wait....it still ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. Any review saying it is good is the rarity and I wish other people would review this place to get something to change.

Stopped for breakfast... The Baconator sandwich was good but didn't need the white gravy, I didn't see that in the description and it didn't add anything but made it messy. The coffee was The Worst coffee I have ever had! I threw it out. If you know me you know I never throw anything away so, it was that bad. The bathroom was clean but Very odorous, it needs ventilation or a better air freshener system. I'm thinking the smelly bathroom is from high sulphur well water which would explain the horrible coffee too.

we walked in just wanting food, but instead got A crappy attitude , raw nuggets, not to mention the bad policies like charging for water and making it where you have to get a large fry to get a large drink, The person who took our order didnt it smile once, rushed us and gave us attitude when we asked questions. definitely not what i paid for.

This is the best Wendy’s experience I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, the lobby was clean, and the service was actually amazing. I don’t ever leave reviews, but I was so shocked by the service I’m actually doing it. I think my receipt says Mary was our host. If Mary has 100 fans I’m one of them. If Mary has 10 fans I’m one of them. If Mary has 1 fan it is me. If Mary has 0 fans I am dead.

Horrible experience. Raw hamburgers. Plastic in the burger meat. Single piece of lettuce and tomato for an $11 chicken sandwich. Used the drive thru and it wasn't busy. No excuse. Horrible place.
