Wendy's

THE ABSOLUTE WORST I received the absolute worst service at this restaurant. The drive-thru employee was extremely rude. The fries were heavily over salted, as seen in the photo. The burger was supposed to be fresh and clearly from the photo it was burned and dried up like beef Jerky.

Horrible, ordered on the Wendy's app,went to drive thru waited almost 30 min in line, cashier was short and rude didn't even apologize for the long wait just said oh your order is pd pull up, them pulled up and my order was incomplete, so I stayed at the window waiting for the woman to come back, then got a what are you still doing here to which I replied I'm missing a burger then once I got it it was made incorrectly. I contacted customer service survey and got no return response!

Worst fast food joint in town. Sitting in like for forever, finally get to the speaker and I'm not even spoken to for 10a+ minutes. Finally decided to just leave. The last time I went it was the same thing. Does no one work there or something?? I've gone 3 times in the last 3 months for my toddler who asked for it and each time has been crap. First time. They forgot half of the meal we ordered...

The Guy taking the order was extremely disrespectful, he yelled at some of us walking inside saying we had to go through drive thru and said it with attitude. When we went around to order he was rushing us to order and then when we asked for a second to get out selections in order, he told us to hurry up because there was a line. There was only one car behind us. When we pulled up to the window he was giving is a face. After on 3 cars left and drove off annoyed. Someone else with better attitude should be taking the orders! The lady charging us at the window was very patient and kind.

HANDS DOWN WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!! The person taking order was BEYOND RUDE! I told her I was going to be using APP she goes “ just give me your order” o said let me look, she goes “HELLO, YOUR ORDER”, I told her AGAIN “ I’m looking “! She goes “ you don’t know what you want?” At this point I should have left! Then I get my order she has dirty clothes/jacket not work dirty! That hoodie has not been washed!!! Then I get it tear a piece off and my breakfast sandwich is cold and has green piece of something on it! NOPE I WOULD STARVE BEFORE EVER RETURNING TO THAT RESTAURANT!! Sad I love WENDYS SND THIS IS THE WORST!!!
