Wendy's

This is "light ice"? Unbelievable. I miss when Wendy's actually cared about their customers.

Stopped at the Wendy's in Piqua around 10:20 one Sunday morning hoping to get a burger. The lunch menu was already on display behind the counter and I was the only customer in the business at the time. A surly middle-aged woman behind the counter saw me studying the menu and angrily flipped the display back to the breakfast menu without saying a word. When I asked why, she said the lunch menu wouldn't be available until 10:30, which by now was just 6 minutes or so away. Her attitude was appalling and my burger and fries, which I waited for patiently, were ubstandard. Nothing like what Wendy's used to serve. I haven't eatsen at a Wendy's since the incident. Not surprised to hear they're closing a lot of stores. Hope this Piqua location is one of them.

A&W will always be far better. Wendy's has fallen far from grace since it's glory days. They never cook their bacon crispy, and it's always soft and soggy. It always come all in one bite. Awful

Made me wait forever for my food then missed a couple items if I were you drive to a different Wendy's I'm pretty sure they just don't care how bad there business is ran

Went here today ordered ranch chicken sandwich, nuggets and chili and the only thing that was edible was the chilli.....I will never go to another Wendy's again this sandwich was microwaved like multiple times it was so nasty.....it's only matter of time this place will close if you keep putting out old nasty food......I'm done with Wendy's
