100% believe the comments when you read about the workers attitude/ personality lol. Literally went to the drive thru and dude spoke not 2 single words. I asked for honey mustard and he nodded. Food was good…but the service does suck.
My card wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash. I was about to leave but the manager graciously told me not to worry about it because I looked hungry. Excellent food, and compassionate employees.
This establishment has some of the best customer service ever! Janyah and Brandon M were so accommodating and helpful in regards to assuring that I get my order in a timely manner after mistakenly ordering it to another location. They went above and beyond and reassured my gf that it was no big deal. I can not thank them enough! I wish I could give more than five stars!!!
I ordered a double big bacon classic and the meat was fine but the toppings were very skimpy and sloppy. I don’t think corporate would like it at all! I also asked for honey mustard & sweet & sour sauce but they just gave me one BBQ sauce. I’m very disappointed.
The food is always good but they never leave a parting remark. The last time I went there the guy sounded very tired... he was either overworked or very high
