Ordered a wrap, waited forever and this is what I see when I open it up. The chicken is dried out and there’s no lettuce. I don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me they were out.
I just left Wendy’s on a Saturday night at 9pm and all the good looks like it was sitting. It’s barely warm. The bread on the burgers was stale, the fries weee cold the chili looked like dog food. I’m not crying about the $17 but I would’ve been pissed if I spent my last.
It’s about to be 2 weeks since I reported being given raw chicken served. I have yet to get a call back, email, etc. Just a sorry this happened message from corporates twitter.
This place needs to be shut down. They can't even do simple task properly. Paid for large meal fries came with enough for a medium the fries were cold on top of that. Paid for a large drink, they gave me a medium .
Never again, I found that plastic thing in my salad, the fries are cold, employees with bad attitude, serving foods without gloves.. . Long wait time. Please don’t go there. I will definitely report them to the department of health. They need to be shut down.
