Wendy's

I ordered a small fry and a 6 piece nugget and a large fry. Seems simple enough? Wrong fries were half filled and nuggets were super overdone. It also took 20 minutes in the drive thru. I don’t usually complain but do not go to this wendys!!!

I ordered a frosty with extra brownie batter and they gave me frosty with less than the normal amount. Last time I went they forgot my French fries. And the two times before that the employees were borderline rude (tbh I dont really care that much about the service if my food is correct.) I don't even care if I have to wait a little longer. But to me this shows that corporate is not giving this store the proper resources to succeed, whether that be more labor hours or ensuring management is listening to the employees needs, idk. The area is very busy, am I'm sure the store would greatly benefit from more support (not punishment, SUPPORT) from the higher ups.

This new Wendy's doesn't have quick service yet, but the food was tasty and fresh. The restaurant was clean and has a nice look to it. Staffing any new restaurant can be a challenge, so I'll update my review in the future once the team has had a chance to work together longer.

I don't typically write reviews on chain establishments as the service can always be hit or miss. However, for this particular location I have visited it about 4 times now and the customer service continues to get worse each time. The wait time continues to get longer even while they're not busy, and they always mess up the order. I visited this location this evening and again experienced a very long wait time; nearly 35 minutes which I was the only one in the drivethru and there was only one customer inside. At one point I even asked to cancel my order, which they said it would require a manager and told me my food was coming right up. After that, the workers there were no where to be found. Ok I hardly do this but l am just irked and hope others will be aware. I have ordered the same sandwich repeatedly for five times in a row, a jr HAMBURGER NOT CHEESEBURGER!!!! Seriously what in the world is going on with the cooks over there?? I just don’t understand how five different times in a row!!! Thru door dash and the Wendy’s mobile app!!! I continually have to scrape off yellow cheese!! People that are lactose intolerant should avoid this restaurant. Now that said l never have a problem at the Thorndale, Oxford, Lionville or Exton locations!! So the apps are working fine but the employees at the Parkesburg location are lost in space or something!
