Wendy's

I don't visit Wendy's often, but after the experience tonight, I might go more! The girls working the drive through around 6:30pm (2/13/2026) provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They were friendly, fast, and very kind - something hard to find these days!

The guy at the window was so kind, he got my order correct but the cook and bagger must’ve mixed it up because I ended up with a cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, onions and pickles!

Just wanted to shout out to the very handsome guy that works here. I was visiting from Australia a year ago, I had never tried Wendy’s before & when I went in - I saw this man. My god. I’ve never been speechless. I told him how attractive he was & I’m still thinking about it. Hope all your dreams come true, thank you for my shake x

Jordan was very rude. Did not understand what I ordered 3 times. Kept cutting us off while trying to order. Will not come here again

went to the speaker and said that we would need a second to order, said hello 3 times without a response and after the 4th hello got the MOST passive aggressive “hello? hello. hello. hello. i said order when you’re ready.” mocking us. rudest customer service worker i have ever had the displeasure of speaking to, didn’t even bother ordering at that point.
