Lisa, you made our NIGHT. We haven’t been to the Wendy’s in North Reading before, but any time we are around the area, we will! We went to grab dinner on a casual Wednesday night and Lisa was just a joy. She is truly a light in this world. The costumer service was absolutely amazing, and the food was HOT! Lisa, never stop being you ❤️
Went to grab a quick lunch and was happy to have Lisa waiting for us at the window . Despite being the only one working in the entire store, she had a bright smile and such positive energy . It was a one woman show and Lisa was the star . I do find it very unfair that she was put in a position to run the store alone and hope that is not a normal occurrence for her . Thank you Lisa !!!
I have been here many times before, always drive thru and the person at the window always served with a friendly smile and conversation. Tonight 10/05/2025 there was there was a lady who appears to be having a bad day and everyone was going to have and deal with it.
I ordered a chicken tender combo and when I pulled up to the window I was asked to pull over and they would bring it out to me. I waited over 20 minutes and went inside to get my food. They were all laughing and running around the kitchen so when I asked about my food they claimed they forgot. What an absolute joke.
Honestly just the worst Wendys from a food perspective. They never have the things you want and when they do, it tastes like it’s 3 days old. Shame on me for continuing to give them chances
