Wendy's

We stop at this Wendy’s every Wednesday & Thursday after hockey practice with my daughter. Wednesday night I asked the gentleman helping us in the drive thru if he would mind getting us some ketchup…either in a to go cup or a small water cup and some packets. He was AMAZING!! Came back with a to go cup and asked does this work! Thursday night I asked for the same thing…the person helping said “we can’t do that.” I said “a gentleman last night took care of me - we have a hour and a half drive and I just want a to go container of ketchup.” She said “our district manager is in right now and I did that earlier and she said we don’t do that for customers.” I said “I work at a 5 star luxury resort, but what you’re telling me is you don’t take care of guests.” She said, “yes, that’s right we don

Love their food and the price. but this new thing about forcing customer to use the kiosk for ordering delay ordering to the point that me and 2 other people walk away go get food elsewhere. I question why if the have the personal why theyblet business walk away. I ask the cashier and he reply that his manager wanted people to order themselves while the employee stand right there. Not very smart way to handle sales if you ask me.

Constantly changing what can and can’t be done. Ive been stopping here for years and most recently appalled by this “new” ownership. What wendys have you gone to that you can’t order a bake potato instead of fries for an upcharge? Or better yet.. one that has their soda machine down, but will upcharge you for lemonade and water. During the days service is the worst, all they do preach about new ownership. There’s not much that you could expect from Wendy’s, but a little bit of consistency would be great.

Quality of food is below normal standard at this location. First time I can remember, my Dave’s double was burnt and dry. Like they had it under the heat lamp since the dinner rush 2 hours ago. I’ll avoid going to this place if I have too.

A little of an older Wendy's location.. service is often fast. But fries and nuggets seem always cold and old... often out of flavors for soda too. But at least staff is friendly.. even at 8pm
