Wendy's

I was going to order delivery, but it was way too expensive with all the extra added fees, so I decided to order pick up. I am so glad I did! The food was so fresh and hot, no errors or missing items, hot fries! I didn't have more than a 3 minute wait, and the customer service was so nice. Just wanted to say thank you to this particular Wendy's for making my 12 hr shift at work tonight a bit more tolerable! 😀

we visit this wendy’s often but on late nights the man at the window, kevin, is awesome. always kind, sweet, and always funny. love that man lol getting fast food from a cool person always makes it taste better tbh

Tonight was the first time I have ever had an issue at this location. I got 2 frosty, a drink, and some food. At the pick up. While the employee that was handing me my drinks I asked if I could get a drink carrier. He started handing me a drink so I passed it back. He grabbed another drink and tried to hand it off. I repeated the words “drink carrier”. He took out his headphones. I repeated myself one more time. He understood and started grabbing it. Here comes the other worker that was next to him. She was huffing mad and pushed the other worker away to yell more at me while grabbing the drink carrier. She yelled in a very rude tone that I was being rude. Nothing in my tone was rude to the first employee. The lady in question was somehow irate I asked for a drink carrier more than once to

Went inside during evening rush hour. No one in line inside. Waited several minutes with employees walking by not saying anything. A lady leaving her shift tried to get the manager’s attention that there was a customer waiting and they blew her off. I left. Will have to cross this Wendy’s off of my list.

Forgets all condiments- you call and they act like they don’t know how to “make it right” Ida was passive aggressive and has 0 customer service instinct. Already had to go back around for one missing thing and then, get home and have even more items missing. It’s snowing and I have the flu so of course I will not be going back for the missing items.
