This Wendy’s location is a disaster. Went in on a Saturday afternoon to place an order of chili . I was called to the register and refunded . I was told they didn’t have any chili and did not plan to make any . This was in the afternoon on Saturday. I went in the very next day , placed my order and while I was waiting some employees that were obviously off the clock and not working came in just to hang out and talk with the manager and other employees. They had a small child with them and they were extremely loud and using profanity. I tried to ignore the best I could however when they put the toddler in only a diaper on the counter where the food is served I just walked out . They can keep my money. I do not want to eat there . My husband went this morning to get me a bacon egg and cheese English muffin and when he got home it was a croissant. This is not the first time they've messed up our order because the woman working in the drive thru was too busy talking to everyone else BUT the customer. This seriously is getting out of hand, and by looking at other reviews, is pretty common.
We ordered Wendy’s delivery with Door Dash , that part of the meal was great. Very fast delivery. Wendy’s Chicken nuggets have shrunk severely! Chicken sandwich has also badly SHRUNK!! Don’t even get me started on the fries , they are almost all 1 to 2 inches long! Very disappointing!!!!
They didn’t get my order..I got someone else’s…the person brought the food to me and said did I order the spicy chicken I’m like yeah she gave it to me. I left, got to the hotel and it wasn’t it, it was a double cheese burger..WTH I’m not going back there again…everyone please check your meal before leaving even though they said your order to you…
This is easily the best Wendy's I've been to in a long time, the dining area was clean, service was quick and Daniel at the front end was helpful with everything we needed
