Wendy's

Ordered food using the app and everything was correct and ready when we arrived. Surprisingly, and happily, the fries were delicious and crispy. Great staff and clean restaurant.

The service was horrible. The restaurant was not clean. The counter where the ketchup is was not stocked with condiment cups, and when I asked for some the the guy tells me we have packs of ketchup. We have cups behind the counter. We ordered two of the same burgers, but when we got them, one of them had everything on it, and the other was lacking several of the items that the description said it would have. I was very disappointed!!

I've finally have had it so I'm going to complain. I order a burger and almost every time it is plain no pickles or onions not even ketchup. Wendy's charges enough~ so we will stop going to this location the staff is horrible

Someone needs to train them on how to make your cream col brews. I've ordered one at least 5 times in the last year and EVERY time it's awful. I just toss it. I've had them other places so I know what they should taste like. Is there no directions for them to follow? I refuse to waste anymore money here.

Ordered taco salad and a key frosty and three packs of crackers. Got home with no sour cream, no crackers, and no spoon for the frosty. The drive-through was taking nothing but cash for purchases and the person who waited on me was very grumpy.
