Wendy's

I eat here often because it is close to work, and it is cheap. I haven’t had an issue before.. I always get the $6 biggie bag with 2 JBC and this time, after I ate my first burger, I look into the wrapper, and there is a big chunk of something disgusting that has mold and I found hairs on the cheese that was stuck to the wrapper. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was so disappointing and I’m disgusted.

The lettuce I got on my sandwich is nasty. It's gone beyond just getting that orangy rusty stage it's wilted, brown grey, and falls apart in my fingers. Edit : Added a photo for comparison. Bagged shredded lettuce that has been in my fridge for a week from taco night (top pile), the lettuce I got on my sandwich (bottom pile).

Every time I've been here, the staff have been very courteous and the food was fresh and delicious. I especially like how neat they prepare the burgers. A lot of places just slap something together because they're in a hurry but here it seems they can work quickly AND prepare your food in a presentable way.

Our few experiences at this Wendy’s have been VERY disappointing. My nuggets are always too hard or not cooked thoroughly. Why would anyone think these are okay to put in the box? Who would eat this? Not me. On top of that, these were ordered as spicy and we got regular. Fries are too salty, bacon is not cooked, not given any extra sauces even when asked for at the window. Would not recommend.

Don't even bother. I have frequented this wendy's multiple times out of a craving for a burger. That is my mistake because this wendy's will always screw up my burger. I've filed complaints and sent to corporate at this point but it doesn't matter. I ask for a plain son of baconator and every time without fail. Outside of the stars aligning and the prophecies foretelling, they slam as much ketchup and mayonaise as possible on the thing and then tell me or my dad picking it up with a flat straight face. "yes it's plain! I made sure!" Over the last 2-3 years it's been this way. I don't even know why I bother. Next time I'll just spend the money and go to applebees or freddy's nearby. Heck I may just order something like a chicken sandwhich and maybe then that's the secret to getting a son of
