Wendy's

Today I went for the drive-thru and had to wait 15 minutes between waiting and ordering. When they gave me what I ordered, it was incomplete and had hair in it. The fries seemed like they were from the day before and were super cold. They only gave me 3 of my 4 nuggets and they had hair in them. Besides, paying money for something that isn't healthy isn't worth it.

I was served two raw chicken sandwiches at this Wendy’s. The outsides looked normal, however both sandwiches were disturbingly pink and cold on the inside. It was clear the chicken never reached a safe temperature. I brought them back to the counter, and while I was promptly refunded and offered frosties, that’s not the point. Serving raw poultry is a serious food safety issue, not just a “mistake.” It shouldn't happen. I left without eating. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ll ever feel comfortable eating at Wendy’s again. This kind of thing shakes your trust. If you’re considering eating here, check your food carefully.

Ordered a bacon double biggie bag, with mayo, no mustard, Apple Peacan Salad, jr. and another meal. Restaurant claimed to have no mayonnaise or lettuce. Got back to the office, no salad dressing, no bacon on bacon dbl and cold hard fries. This place had gone down hill tremendously in the last few months! Spending money to remodel, meanwhile your staff could care less about the quality of food, seems like the priorities are out of whack.

Wonderful, helpful and dedicated staff. Fantastic option for serving at parties and events, everyone loved it when our community organization served it at the annual picnic. Delicious burgers, chili and very satisfying food in general. We would recommend if placing large orders for events, to do it in person and at least a day prior if possible so they have enough notice on when to prepare orders for pickup later on. If it's same day pick up give them at least a few hours to fill the order, of course check with them on what works best and come in for pick up vs trying to use the drive through for huge orders. Don't rush anyone because quality and accuracy takes time.

Hit up this Wendy’s on a 4 hour drive. We used the app to place a large order as there are 6 of us. My husband went through the drive through to pick it up while I took our kids in to use the bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, food was done quickly, the order was accurate with the sauces and ketchup requested and the people were friendly. Best Wendy’s we’ve stopped at in a while. Thanks!
