Wendy's

I used to love going to this location cause food and service was better here. Not this time and I'm so disappointed. Friday, 10/24, we grabbed food on the way home and I literally had plastic stuck to my burger, found out they stopped getting sweet and sour and switched it for one I can't eat, and don't like, so I'm not buying food from any Wendy's anytime soon, if ever again. Do better Wendy's!

The burgers be juicy and fresh, the fries be hot and crisp like newly minted doubloons, and the chicken options never fail to satisfy a hungry crew. The crew be friendly and fast, keepin’ orders movin’ so ye can be back on yer voyage in no time. And a Frosty at the end? Pure treasure. I don’t like to complain but today I had a pretty bad experience. My order was rung in incorrectly and the manager, an older guy made a super big deal about it making me pay again for their mistake. I live in mentor on the lake and used to go to this Wendy’s a few times a week for lunch. I will never be going back after how embarrassing that experience was.

The food is usually pretty fresh and good at this location, however the service is usually horrible, the people at the window are rude and just throw the bags out the window at you, they don't even give you time to grab the bag or drinks, you can't even ask for anything because they immediately leave, they don't greet you or say anything, very awkward behavior. And they can't say it's because they are being rushed, it happens even when I'm the only person in line. Definitely need better training at the drive thru.
