Wendy's

I’m not from Lynchburg but I visit Wendy’s in FarmVille and Blackstone frequently. I have to say, my chicken Asiago was perfect my fries were hot not warm, soft not soggy. Best tasting fries I have had between the 3 restaurants! Lady talking order and money has very good manners and was accommodating when I changed my order at the window. I will be back when I visit Lynchburg! Thank y’all for being so kind, quick, and accurate with our lunch today!

The food has always been good from the Timberlake wendys but this time the chicken smelled bad and the fries tasted freezer burnt. Both items tasted like they thawed out and then refroze again. Tasted horrible and I had to throw the meal out. Idk if I'm going back their again or not. That was borderline food poisoning messing with that bad chicken

The food here used to be fresh and delicious. My order has been messed up quite a few times recently. We ate here frequently for years but decided not to eat here anymore after this last visit. They no longer have any sort of flavor. Everything is bland. The burgers have 0 taste now. The nuggets were overcooked hard. We ordered 1 regular nugget and 2 orders of spicy nuggets. The first spicy nugget had 3 regular nuggets with 1 spicy and the 2nd order had 3 spicy nuggets with 2 regular. They out mayo on one of the baconator even though we asked for none. Thankfully, the baconator fries were at least good. That was about it.

If I could give no stars for service I would. Waited literally over 25mins for order to be taken and get food, yes i was very polite even tho this was not a good experience. No customer service at all, asked for a receipt was told how much it was, then woman walked away from the window and never returned. I get all businesses have issues but this was ridiculous. Only good thing from this visit the biscuit was actually good.

Extremely long wait times ALL the time. I dread coming here for Doordash. Ive gotten to the point where i dont accept orders here anymore. Sometimes I wait around 20-30 min for a pick up. Crazy.
