Wendy's

Went last night for some chocolate frostys for the family. Ordered medium and had to wait about 5 minutes in the drive through line… not long at all. The guy at the drive through gave us larges for the wait and apologized multiple times even though it wasn’t that long of a wait given the time of night. This Wendy's is probably the worst trained Wendy's I've ever visited. The drive thru is a guaranteed wait - at least 5 minutes for a one person order, and if cars are ahead of you, my condolences. Three out of the last five times they've not made my sandwich right. A spicy Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich is a fairly easy thing. You'd think. One time they forgot the bacon. The last two times they used mayonnaise, NOT ranch, and left off the bacon and the Asiago cheese. So either the register operator rang it in wrong, or the sandwich maker doesn't know the basics of their job - like what goes on a sandwich. As a teenager, I worked at Wendy's for three years, so I'm not unsympathetic to fast food workers and always try to give the benefit of the doubt. There's just so much wrong with the stor

We went through drivethrough, the lady working the window, kept our debit card for longer than necessary. When asked if I could have my card back, I received an eyeroll and silent treatment. She just seemed rude and very over whatever was going on in her life. The food is alright as usual but some customer appreciation would be very nice as well.
