The staff is incredibly cheerful, patient, and considerate. We had a pretty sizable order recently, and I understand how hectic food service is. Sometimes orders are incomplete or mixed up. But the staff, esp the awesome manager, straightened everything out when we called, and even gave us extra fries to compensate for the order mix-up. I appreciate this kindness and the staff's hard work. Great food and even more amazing service.

Takes a lot for me to completely give up on a chain that I like. I'll deal with slow service. I'll deal with paying, then sitting for 10 minutes to get my food after moving my car so their window timer gimmick gives them good scores from corporate. But I won't stand for theft. I ordered a meal that consists of a sandwich, fries, and a drink. All three are included in the price. I was charged the full price. I paid in cash at the window, and was short-changed. I guess when they stopped minting pennies this year, the feds must have confiscated every last one of them with the exception of the ones in my pocket and melted them down, as there was a total of zero coins given to me as change. Minor, so whatever. I was handed my drink, and then my bag of food. Naturally, I didn't check

Every time I order something here, I can count on the order being wrong. Today (11/20/2025), I ordered chicken tenders and a meal deal. The meal deal included a vanilla Coke, but I received a cherry Coke. The chicken tenders were supposed to come with honey mustard sauce, but none was provided. With 3+ cars behind me, I don't have the time to rummage through the bag to check the work of the employees.

HORRIBLE! Terrible late night phone service with long delays. staff did a terrible job answering questions about my burger questions - I felt condescended to and like staff didn't know what they were talking about (took forever to get an answer on burger cost) and then the hung up on me! I'm thinking about COMPLAINING about this location to company headquarters.It was that bad! Keep driving to Philadelphia suburbs, where restaurants are better.

If your gonna go.. dont go after 9pm bcuz I was waiting in line the other night for 20 mins just to order.. they were parking alot of cars due to not being able to fulfill orders at the drive-thru.. food was good 👍
