I don't think the rating fits the restaurant. Everyone here is nice and food is always on point. I've been going here for a few years and I think management has done a nice job training associates. You can hear there communication as far as letting others know as soon as cars pull into parking lot warning everyone that 2-3 cars pulled in. And it's not a one time deal I've heard it multiple times from multiple visits. Staff is always in a good mood and they seem to not have a high turnover rate as the same employees have been here for a few years.

Eat literally anywhere else. This place serves cold food constantly, and then will claim you're a liar and refuse to refund or correct orders that have been sitting on the counter getting cold for hours. I think the gm is Steven Diaz. His customer service is terrible. His staff is rude and can't get orders correct

Im only giving it 2 stars because me and my wife love baconator fries but how lazy can you really be to not actually crush the bacon and present the product how its supposed to be to the customer definitely dissapointed especially when they dont have customers and its something simple to make poor quality on the fries the actual fries were hard as well SMH

If this is the Walton restaurant... these workers at window are very rude so is the Mgr. Its independent owned they don't care about customer satisfaction! I only go back if in area but each time it's the same. Maybe they wake up too early and grouchy. No service with a smile at this location.

Everything was freaking amazing, ALLLLL the food was fresh and hot and delicious, 10/10 would suck off the cook. Went into the restaurant and was greeted by friendly employees who looked cool. 10000/10 will come back
