Wendy's

Slow service I stood at the counter for 10min waiting for service. Placed my order. And had a small wait afterwards. Food was hot and freshly when I received it. Resturant was clean and empty. Not a single customer in the store. They seemed to be in need of either more staff. Or better trained and managed staff.

I ordered through the drive thru. Employees were friendly enough. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. Waited 5-10 min, but it did finally come out. I got home and opened food. My mom’s baked potato was hard like it had been warmed too long, barely any cheese and bacon on it. My grilled chicken wrap was all flour tortilla shell, you had to look for the interior. Halfway down the wrap was a small cup of diced chicken, a slight sprinkling of shredded cheese, and lettuce so sparce I almost didn’t see it. Barely anything inside the wrap!! The absolute worst baked potato and chicken wrap ever prepared! Shame on you Wendy’s for serving such inferior food.

Thought everything was fine with our food until about five or ten minutes after we ate🤢.. don’t know what was poisoning me but for sure something nasty.. btw this is 10/5/2025..and it happened last night.. so I’d wait before you think about eating at Wendy’s.. personally ill never eat there again.. but yeah no..

I have never gone out of my way to review a fast food establishment until now. First off, our food came out quick, hot, and delicious. Some of the best Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Secondly, the lunchtime staff, Antonio and his team, was the best service staff I have ever seen in a restaurant. We can in hot and sweaty after a job. They noticed I had the wrong lid size when they walked past my table, so Antonio came back the right lid size. He even offered to buy a coworker’s meal, who was on the diet, when he opted to not order. After we were finishing up, another staff member noticed I had the spiciest meal on the menu and came back with a medium vanilla frosty with no payment requested.I can’t explain how grateful I am for the service I received.

When you open at 6 be ready to serve. We were there at 730 got yelled at from the back to see if someone was there, waited another 5 minutes and just walked out. Won't be back
