Wendy's

I purchased a $9 biggie bag with a junior bacon cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. My bread on my junior bacon cheese sandwich was hard as hell. My fries was very cold! The hard working money we spend on our food, I feel that the service should be much better! Also the meat was dry on my junior bacon cheeseburger. I don’t think I would ever go back to Wendy’s again.

Ordered 2 biggie bags and the new cheddar bacon burger. I waited at the window for 5 minutes for food then was told to pull around to the front and wait for the cheddar bacon burger. I waited another several minutes in the parking lot then headed inside to go to the bathroom. While standing there after using the bathroom I overheard one of the staff ask the line cook about the burger and he stated he forgot all about it. Once I received it, I looked in the bag and found a burger about the size of a jr bacon cheeseburger...this thing cost $8. Are you kidding me? That's not even convenience, just a straight rip off. I return home and hand out food and find that both biggie bags are the wrong order, the fries are cold and gross, and the burgers are sloppily slapped in the the wrapper.

Quick lunch. Burger, chicken sandwich, fries, and drinks. Service was fine. Quickly seen and spoken to. Girl was not at all rude but a smile would have been nice. Food was ready before we could get our drinks made. Fries were only warm as was the chicken on my sandwich. Husband said Burger was a typical fast food burger. Bathroom is not kept clean. Not a case of someone ahead of me messing it up. The mirror and sink needed a good wipe. But the back of the toilet (where the seat connects), and every corner of the floor have build up of dirt/hair/grime. This is an obvious case of only a quick wipe and mop with on a regular basis. We will not return.

On Wednesday February 25 night shift was slammed and orders where getting messed up since they where timing out and people took bags they where not supposed to. The employees where awesome at trying there best to fix the issues and I was very impressed!

This Wendy’s has went by way of garbage. It takes forever to get your food in drive through, this makes the 3rd time my order was not right, not even close. It cost me and my granddaughter, 18 months old, just south of 27 bucks. Never again. Wendy’s will never get another dollar from me or my family. Wendy’s needs to go to the dump. Permanently.
