The Hispanic man working Saturday morning 02/28/26 is very rude and yelled at the customer for not having clearly heard them. He did not read the order back to customer and no screen on the drive-thru menu to verify the order prior to pulling up. Then when pulling away, noticed i was misunderstood and charged for a second fry I did not order. Language barrier issue with this guy and very rude behavior! Burnt fries and sloppy breakfast sandwich just slapped together carelessly! Get this dude out of there already! He was very passive aggressive suggesting " I make sure to know better " next time. Forget that dude! I was just passing through and won't be back! What a loser!
Been coming to this Wendy's lately. The manager juan and worker carlos always make the food fresh. These guys need a raise from the owner for there great customer service.5stars. Don't let these guys down owner! There making you good business for the future 🙏🏻 God bless.
Wendy's is always good. I love their sausage, egg, and cheese English Muffin - It's better than McDonald's. Their coffe is also better. And don't get me started on the burgers... Wendy's burgers and fries are WAYYYYY better than McDonald's, and way healthier, too. FACTS.
The new owners of Wendy's in Jarrell has really improved the resteraunt on quality, service and portion size!! We love to go there now and definitely get now what we pay for!! Also, they have never forgotten sauces, napkins and have never gotten an order incorrect!! They are polite and always welcome with a smile!!
Good food, fast service! I can see they have a hate towards McDonald's!
