Wendy's

The employees at this location is totally awsome! I was stranded in Indiana Pa it was snowing and a winter storm coming in. The employees let me set inside to stay warm while I waited on my ride (coming from another state) after the lobby closed!!! I ate while I was here the food and coffee was amazing, tasted good and was freash!! These workers need recognition for showing courtesy and respect for thier customers

Wish I can get this wendy's more than five stars.They were above and beyond to.Night My husband was stranded didn't have anywhere to go with the storm moving in and with cold temperatures. You're in a shop in valent. They let him stay in the lobby until his ride got there .they was coming from west Virginia they let him stay in a lobby even after it closed. So he would be in a cold, very much appreciated. Thank you for the kindness you showed him.

The food is getting smaller here fast. I have no complaints about this Wendy's in general and the service is always pretty good, but be warned I have noticed wendys as a chain is scrimping on the food. One of my favorite salads which is over $8 is now served in a smaller container with much less food. I'm so sad! There was barely any lettuce. I'm still hungry.

I understand "the customer is always right" is a bit dated in today's society, But this experience is inexcusable. Arrived minutes to close on Feburary 6th, 2026. Exited my car to go to the little rat window they provide for food delivery people, Which is no biggie. Taco bell has the same idea. Difference is, Taco bell has a courtesy room for individuals. Being that the temperature outside is in the negatives, Its very convient, but I digress. I click the button provided, And a large lady waved her finger at me very rudely. No eye contact, No knod, just a greasy finger waving in the wind. Usually it’s pretty good but today, there were a couple issues. 1, I didn’t get a straw with my drink. 2, I found a piece of plastic in my very dry burger.
