Wendy's

Wendy's is my #1 fast food place besides this location. They forgot my straws and this location is generously greedy with my dipping sauce. Funny enough, burger King could never. This Wendy's isn't bad but they need to improve their norms.

Came here on my break as I normally do to get a #9 which is either a 3pc tender combo or 4pc tender combo. I usually order my meals small because you can. You’re not forced to get a medium or large meal. Just so happened today I was forced to get something I did not want. The order taker decided to talked back as I told her that it is a lie that I can only get medium or large on a meal as I come to this location frequently and get a small meal. I asked to speak to the manager because I’m not arguing with an order taker and the manager told me I only can get a medium or large meal but I was at the same located the day prior and I got a small with no problem. The manager insisted in ringing up my order separately to get the small meal. The order came out to $16 which was a 3pc tender small f

This place is a vibe gi with a open mind and try something new tge food amazing fall off the bone lamb and chicken laid back on couches and yes there is a belly dancer very tasteful. I will be back soon

I always come to this Wendy’s in Hillside. However today was a horrible experience for me. Not only is the manager disrespectful but she does not know how to talk to customers. After placing my order I asked her if she could tell me my total and her response was “ I’m doing something right now … I can’t tell you your total.” I’m not sure if she was having a bad day that day but there was no need for that attitude. When coming to a restaurant or place in general you’re supposed to treat your customers good not give attitude. Learn how to take care of your customers. I work at a fast food company as well and where I work we never treat our customers badly. Or give any attitudes. Our customers is our top priority. That is how you make business. Soggy Fries and Inconsistent, Petty Charges. My recent visit to this Wendy's location was extremely disappointing and frustrating due to multiple failures in both food quality and customer service.First, the food quality was unacceptable. My order of fries was completely soggy and lukewarm, a clear sign they had been sitting out for too long. They were barely edible.Second, the staff failed to accurately complete the order the first time.
