We went through the drive thru & our order was wrong. The manager was kind & gave us a coupon for our wait!! That was a unexpected nice surprise and appreciated!!
Place keeps getting worse cold soggy nuggets that were full of grease food fry wasnt even full and cold. Forgot my drink had to lay on horn after multiple beeps to get attention of staff that was eating a frosty and the other texting on their phone
The location is pretty convenient I wouldn't drive off without making sure everything is in the bag always make sure your fries are hot service is friendly no issue getting a replacement. Over all there biggie bag is always my go to get a variety of sorts.
Love their salads ! And their drive thru staff are so friendly and sweet. Shout out to whomever was working 9/25/25 afternoon. Told her I'd give her 5 stars lol.
Had a good customer service experience at this location. Gm was great. Tried a New Beverage. Thank you.
