Wendy's

The food is never bad but the customer service is horrible, everytime I’m there they are just outside smoking. It always takes forever to get the food. They also immediately changed me for a large instead of asking if I wanted any other size, mind you the biggie bag comes as a small and they always bring it to a large so pay attention for that price jump.

Inside is always dirty. Floor is sticky with soda. Soda machines and frosty machine is always broken. Drive thru staff cant keep track of orders going out the windows and food is often not prepared correctly. Inside they don't staff counter people to take orders so often several drive up orders will be taken before they help. The bathrooms are sadly the best thing in the place. Overall this location is a poster representation of what adjunct failure looks like. I just ordered 4 meals and not 1 came out correctly nor were they even prepared correctly. Horrible location. The district mngr should be held accountable for this locations long term underperformance

Used to be a great place to stop in and eat. Food has changed alot and is hit or miss if your going to get good food. With the prices rising just not worth it to stop here. 30 min to 1 hour wait times.

This Wendy’s is pretty quick and efficient. I was disappointed with the food. Their prices have increased and the food quality has decreased in my opinion. One of the chicken sandwiches had a large gristle piece and was tough/stringy. I tried the new iced coffee and it wasn’t bad, but too sweet. I would only return to get a frosty.

I used to be a big supporter of Wendy's but after this experience, I don't want to even buy a value meal from here. Ordered 3 basic meals without any special requests. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were thrown together sloppily, and the fries even after being handed the bag, were soggy and cold. No crunch, not even hot or fresh. There was nothing fresh to any of the meals and it's disappointing that such a location exists. With the ridiculous cost and sizes of the meal, go elsewhere and good luck!
