My fries were burnt and cold. Wendy’s needs to do better.
Me and my mother came in to eat for lunch and the atmosphere was alright, there were a couple of fly's buzzing around however. We ordered through the Kiosk machines in the front of the place and placed our order for lunch, I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a chocolate frosty. For some reason when I got the frosty the employee told me that they ran out of spoons and that made me enjoy my frosty less because I couldn't suck hard enough through the straw. The food was good but the files wouldn't stop bothering us, I feel like this Wendy's could do a lot better.
Customer service is nonexistent the bad attitude level of the employees is extremely high. If you go into this restaurant, you will feel like you are inconveniencing the employees. And the food is not good. Shame on the management
The employee at the counter was rather abrupt and not at all pleasant or friendly. No eye contact, no smile, no thank you and no explanations when we were told that they didn’t have any salads.
We went through the drive through. It's always great. Love Wendy's
