This should have a zero star option i just got served a completely raw hamburger and was double charged on a buy 1 get 1 free deal thank god I ordered them door dash and door dash gave a complete refund

I ENTERED THIS WENDY'S AT 7:05 PM. THERE WAS ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE BEHIND THE COUNTER; THERE WAS ABOUT 10 CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR SERVICE. I ASKED THE EMPLOYEE FOR A TACO SALAD; AND IF THE CAESARS SALAD CAME WITH CHICKEN? SHE STATED "I DON'T KNOW IF IT COMES WITH CHICKEN OR NOT". I TOLD HER I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY IT IF YOU DON'T KNOW. SO SHE FINALLY ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. I ALSO ORDERED TWO SMALL FROSTIES WHICH SHE QUICKLY PLACED ON THE COUNTER. AFTER WAITING 15 MORE MINUTES I ASKED WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY CHICKEN SALAD AND TACO SALAD. SHE SAID, "I'M SORRY, I FORGOT". THEN WENT TO THE BACK TO ASK THEM TO PREPARE MY SALADS; ANOTHER 15 MINUTES PASSED, AND STILL NO SALADS. AND THE FROSTYS THAT SHE PREPARED 30 MINUTES EARLIER WERE STARTING TO MELT. SO I REQUESTED THAT SHE REPLACE THEM.

A wonderfully rude Mgr by the name beautiful who I don't think really cares about customer service. Her attitude was horrible as she loud talked customers and created drama by simply being combative. I wouldn't suggest walking inside, just sit in your car get your food amd go.....I wonder if these reviews even help

While this place has great food for fast food in general and the chain, when it comes to being able to order at the drive- thru and how you are treated by workers- you might want to skip this place. Especially on a Fri, Sat. Or Sun as I went through the drive- thru around 7:30/ 8 pm Friday and it took us almost 45 minutes to order and get food and then, while we waited workers took break and were smoking and wearing loudly...in few view of a large line of cars waiting for food. While I know workers need and deserve breaks, on nights like this, you'd think the on-site leadership would have everyone take breaks in preparation for rush hours. There is a web and flow to food service work that can be followed to optimize for the best success, with regards to something like a rush- whether it be

Be prepared to wait at least 45 mins for your food in the drive thru soon as night crew walk in. The crew always rude and seem irritated. The food usually good tho. If you can, avoid 222 wendy’s
